Sr. Manager, Global Benefits – Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits, the Sr. Manager, Global Benefits will lead the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of global benefits programs across 29 countries, ensuring consistent, compliant, and high-quality delivery that supports employee experience and operational efficiency.
We prefer candidates located in the Dallas/Frisco marketplace. We will only consider candidates currently in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
Lead the day-to-day global delivery and administration of employee benefits programs, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution across all regions and vendors
Establish and drive operational excellence standards, including documented processes, controls, and service-level expectations to ensure consistent program execution at scale.
Oversee global benefits operations, including enrollment processes (U.S. Open Enrollment, 401(k), etc.), eligibility management, data integrity, and vendor transactions.
Build and manage a high-performing benefits operations team, focused on execution quality, accountability, and continuous improvement, while developing team capability and ownership.
Own vendor performance management, including brokers, TPAs, and insurers, ensuring service levels are met, issues are escalated and resolved, and operational delivery is aligned to expectations.
Partner cross-functionally with Payroll, HRIS, Accounting, Legal, and Tax to ensure accurate data flow, reporting integrity, and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Drive process improvement and issue resolution, including root cause analysis of errors and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure ongoing compliance with global benefits regulations, proactively managing audits, documentation, and adherence to local requirements in partnership with regional stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records, controls, and reporting, supporting financial audits, internal controls, and governance requirements, including those tied to Board-level reviews as needed.
Deliver clear and effective employee communications that support understanding and proper utilization of benefits programs across diverse geographies.
Support M&A integration and due diligence activities, focusing on operational readiness, transition execution, and program alignment.
About you:
10+ years of global benefits experience in an enterprise environment, with a strong emphasis on operations and program administration at scale.
Demonstrated success leading high-volume, high-complexity benefits operations with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and execution.
Experience managing audits, controls, and compliance-related processes, including interaction with senior leadership and external partners.
Strong vendor management and issue resolution capabilities, with a focus on accountability and service delivery.
Highly detail-oriented with a strong operational mindset, including a bias toward process discipline, documentation, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to identify operational risks and implement scalable solutions.
Comprehensive understanding of global benefits administration, systems, and regulatory environments.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and globally distributed environment.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

The starting pay range for this position is $124,380.00-$204,330.00. McAfee takes into consideration an individual’s skillset, experience and location in making final salary determinations.
