The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, customer expansion, and brand awareness across multiple channels. This position also owns marketing operations, including end-to-end project and campaign management—ensuring cross-functional visibility, streamlined execution, and on-time delivery of key marketing initiatives. The Sr. Manager will work closely with marketing leadership to manage digital marketing initiatives, support sales and customer success enablement, and analyze performance metrics to enhance marketing ROI. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, data-driven marketer with a strong grasp of performance marketing and a passion for testing, scaling, and refining marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing Leadership
- Drive execution of digital campaigns across email, paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting—ensuring consistency and performance across platforms.
- Help own and execute digital advertising strategy and budget, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Enhance SEO and SEM efforts, improving website traffic, lead volume, and conversion rates through ongoing performance optimization.
- Manage integrated campaign calendars and timelines to ensure alignment across teams and priorities.
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
- Own project management across all key marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution, cross-functional coordination, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and timelines for campaigns and projects, serving as the central point of coordination across marketing and stakeholders.
- Lead and manage marketing automation and CRM workflows in tools like Pardot and Salesforce.
- Build, execute, and optimize segmented email campaigns for both acquisition and lifecycle marketing.
- Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns and channels to drive insight-based improvements.
- Help oversee lead capture, routing, and nurturing processes to improve speed-to-lead and campaign efficiency.
- Partner with the content marketing team to produce thought leadership and branded materials that drive awareness and lead generation.
Team Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with content and creative teams to bring digital prospect and customer campaigns to life with strong messaging and assets.
- Collaborate with sales enablement to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and conversion outcomes.
- Support event and field marketing execution through aligned digital promotion and follow-up.
Innovation & Optimization
- Stay current on emerging digital trends and recommend technologies or tactics to improve execution and ROI.
- Implement testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to improve performance and continuously learn from results.
Other

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Strong experience managing digital advertising programs (Google Ads, GDN, LinkedIn, Meta) and email marketing platforms
- Proven expertise in digital advertising, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, including proficiency in SEM tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, others)
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools (Pardot, Marketo, Hubspot, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strong familiarity with performance reporting (GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong project management skills with experience managing cross-functional campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with event marketing support and execution is a plus
