What’s Cool About This Job
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Manager of Demand Generation who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building pipeline. This is not a “maintain the status quo” role—we want a strategic thinker and tactical executor who’s always asking: “How can we do this better, faster, and smarter?”
You’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing programs across the funnel, with a focus on driving high-quality opportunities for our sales team. You must have a deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles, account-based marketing, and what it takes to influence multi-stakeholder, high-value deals.
You’ll have real impact. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing and executing demand generation programs that create pipeline and move enterprise deals forward. You’ll be part of a high-performing, fast-moving marketing team that values creativity, innovation, and accountability. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills across digital, ABM, and integrated campaign strategy—and to do it at a company that’s reshaping how AI workloads run. You’ll have the freedom to test, iterate, and optimize using modern tools (including AI) and collaborate across the organization to drive growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead pipeline creation. Design and execute integrated campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and support revenue targets across key enterprise segments.
- Think target accounts first. Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies in close partnership with sales, field marketing, and SDR teams, targeting high-value accounts with personalized, multi-touch programs.
- Drive demand strategy and execution. Launch full-funnel demand programs across digital, email, events, content syndication, and direct mail, optimizing across channels and stages.
- Accelerate deals. Partner with sales to develop mid- and bottom-funnel programs that help move opportunities forward, including outbound plays, and deal acceleration assets.
- Measure everything. Define campaign KPIs, track performance, and continuously optimize for conversion, velocity, and ROI. Use insights to guide future programs and budget decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally. Work with product marketing, sales, field marketing, digital, partner marketing, and marketing ops to align on goals, build campaigns, and share performance learnings.
- Bring innovation to the table. Leverage AI, automation, and cutting-edge marketing tools to scale faster, get smarter, and improve results across programs.
- Ensure regional alignment. Partner with EMEA and APAC teams to localize and scale campaigns globally where appropriate.
Desired Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5–7 years of B2B demand generation experience, including enterprise marketing and ABM, ideally in high-growth or tech environments
- Experience developing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans across the buyers journey
- Proven track record on driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue contribution through multi-channel demand gen programs.
- Strategic thinker with tactical chops—you know how to plan, but you also know how to move fast and get things done
- Curiosity and drive—you proactively explore new tools, especially AI and automation, to test and improve performance
- Highly analytical and metrics-driven, with a strong understanding of funnel conversion and campaign ROI
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
