Job Summary
As the Senior Manager of Data within Comcast Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in driving data and measurement innovation by recommending strategies and initiatives to achieve long-term organizational goals and financial and operational objectives. You will leverage your knowledge of data and measurement in advertising as well as privacy regulations to recommend partners, data integrations and strategic opportunities that empower business growth and profitability, optimize client integrations, and shape the future of advertising. You will work closely with executive leadership, legal teams, product managers, and other key stakeholders to implement high-impact data and measurement solutions that achieve business objectives, adhere to privacy regulations and are aligned to strategic plans and operational programs. This position requires both strategic vision and technical acumen, the ability to collaborate cross-functionally as well as the ability to manage daily operations of the Data Strategy and Measurement team. - Conducts special studies for top management in areas such as the organization's operational effectiveness, capacity utilization, operating cost containment, and data and measurement capabilities.
- Identifies, evaluates, and recommends specific merger, acquisition, and partner opportunities; supports the execution of transactions and assists with managing post-merger or post-deal integration efforts, including commercialization and operational alignment.
- Communicates and interfaces with potential business, data, and measurement partners.
- Interprets business analysis such as cash-flow, revenue, forecast, and break-even analyses to recommend strategic actions. Effectively communicates results to senior management.
- Directs and participates in projects for environmental scans, ecosystem analyses, organizational positioning, and other studies related to the Company's growth and profitability.
- Creates economic analyses and business models for specific products/services, companies, industry sectors, and strategic partners.
- Develops, mentors, and trains the Strategic Planning team; monitors departmental goals and participates in performance evaluations.
- Makes business-impacting decisions on the ground-floor and through cross-functional collaboration.
- Provides strategic guidance on data and measurement initiatives, including regulatory compliance (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, Opt-in), and aligns efforts with business strategy and operations.
