Key Responsibilities

· Lead video creative direction across integrated campaigns, digital content, social video, retail screens, executive storytelling, and internal initiatives.

· Set a strong creative vision for video content and ensure alignment across business, brand, and platform.

· Build, mentor, and manage high-performing creative teams that deliver with speed, clarity, and craft.

· Present and communicate video creative strategy to senior stakeholders, including executives.

· Collaborate with T-Studios creative leadership, producers, editors, and cross-functional partners to deliver work that’s on brief and on brand.

· Direct day-to-day creative execution for video projects while staying focused on long-term brand impact.

· Get hands-on when needed—contributing directly to scripts, storyboards, decks, reviews, and edits.

· Ensure brand consistency, storytelling excellence, and high production value across every deliverable.

· Stay plugged into culture, technology, and creative tools—including AI, automation, and emerging video platforms.

· Help shape a team culture that thrives in a fast-paced, high-collaboration environment.

What You’ll Bring

· 8–10 years of creative leadership experience in agency, in-house, or hybrid environments, with deep expertise in video and motion storytelling.

· Proven success building and managing high-performing creative teams.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating video creative direction across campaigns, formats, and platforms.

· Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.

· Deep understanding of narrative structure, visual craft, and brand systems.

· Ability to lead with vision while getting into the details.

· Comfort operating at speed and adapting quickly in fast-moving environments.

· Curiosity around AI, automation, and the evolution of creative workflows.

· A collaborative spirit and the passion to help build something exceptional.
