  • Collaborate with Business Systems, the Transformation Office, and Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to drive change management, align on SDLC practices, uphold governance standards, and build certified data products aligned to enterprise metrics and definitions.
  • Design frameworks that reduce noise, prioritize effectively, and support cross-functional alignment across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Strategy.
  • Champion analytics adoption through enablement programs such as office hours and dashboard literacy sessions.
  • Present insights clearly to senior leadership, simplifying complex datasets for non-technical audiences.

What will help you succeed

  • Deep familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC), including reporting, data structures, and integration points.
  • Demonstrated success leading change management initiatives and implementing SDLC best practices in enterprise environments.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, including renewals, pipeline management, key metrics, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills-able to build, mentor, and empower analytics teams while influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
