Position Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Sr. Learning Partner and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within Applied Systems. In this role your expertise in organizational development, facilitation, and talent development will be crucial in driving organizational growth. As a seasoned Learning & Development Sr. Learning Partner, you'll not only facilitate and design programs but also engage in strategic consultation to ensure our initiatives align seamlessly with the evolving needs of our dynamic organization.
What You'll Do:
  • Strengthen team culture by being a highly collaborative, trusted partner who elevates collective performance. Consistently shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and works across functions to create solutions that make the entire team stronger and more effective.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to meet them where they are and guide the way forward. Conducts in-depth consultations to understand organizational needs, reads the room to influence thinking, and co-creates learning solutions that simplify decisions and deliver real value aligned with talent and business strategies.
  • Utilize strong and engaging facilitation skills to lead both virtual and in-person training programs, fostering an environment that contributes to the growth and development of employees while making a measurable impact on the business.
  • Design and construct interactive aspiring leaders and leadership programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leadership competencies.
  • Develop, build, and maintain facilitation guides and training materials that enhance the effectiveness of learning sessions, ensuring a seamless and engaging learning experience.
  • Play an integral role in various training-related projects and initiatives, lending expertise to ensure successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the Talent Development industry, incorporating relevant insights to continually enhance and innovate learning offerings.
  • Demonstrate comfort and skill in conducting interventions with leaders and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture within the organization.

Performs other duties as assigned by immediate manager or management team.
Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $102,000 - $128,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.

  • DiSC or additional assessment training preferred
  • Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
  • Ability to evaluate and research training content and establish achievable learning outcomes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office with an ability to learn new technical systems as needed.
