Solar Turbines Incorporated seeks Sr Info Technology Analyst at its facility located at 2200 Pacific Highway, San Diego, CA 92101.
Assist in the development of detailed system specifications for major business or technical support and/or development, integration, and implementation projects. Apply systems and/or infrastructure solutions to business/technical problems through customer interactions, design, programming, debugging, testing, and integration/implementation of automated information technology systems or infrastructure components. Work responsibly along functional lines with individuals assigned development and/or maintenance of existing mainframe, personal computer, server, local area or wide area network, web, and/or distributed complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs, systems or in support of infrastructure component change management. Develop major system modules, computing systems and infrastructure. Work independently on maintenance of in-place programs/systems as well as on detailed specifications related to moderately complex development, integration, and installation projects that directly impact customers and the infrastructure components required for operating their functions. Perform all programming, development, integration, and system administration assignments without close supervision. Provide project management, programming, systems, and/or system administration leadership, guidance, and assistance to other team members; works on more complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls. Work independently on complex processes and modules that may be used by one or more programs, systems or in support of infrastructure component change management. Develop major system modules.
REQS: This position requires a Master's, degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and four (4) years of experience as a Programmer Analyst, Software Developer, Computer Analyst, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Coding and programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Web API; (2) Progressive web apps using front-end technologies such as jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX; (3) IIS and cloud technologies such as AWS; (4) Design patterns such as MVC and Repository Pattern; (5) Databases such as SQL SERVER, Oracle, and SQL Express; (6) REST-based web services and service-oriented design patterns using WCF and other API's; and (7) Infor Development tools of ERP LN, ION, and Baan 5c. Travel: 60% domestic and international travel required, Telecommuting: 40% Telecommuting Allowed.
Summary Pay Range:
$ 135,429.00 - $ 189,000.00
