We are currently seeking a Sr. Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. You will be helping solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
Must live within 100 miles of Costa Mesa, CA for collaboration meetings twice a month.
What You'll Need:
Strong experience with Guidewire Insurance Suite, specifically ClaimCenter
Expertise in GOSU (or Java) programming
Ability to assess, architect, and design new ClaimCenter integrations
Proven experience in Agile development, version control, and release management tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts in plain language
Experience with ClaimCenter version upgrades, automated testing (GUnit, Selenium, etc.), and Guidewire certifications (preferred)
What You'll Do:
Provide technical leadership on insurance claims system projects
Design, code, test, debug, and document ClaimCenter programs and integrations
Collaborate with IT management, project teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions
Act as an internal mentor and consultant on technical matters
Contribute as a key technical expert on emerging technologies for internet/intranet/internal applications
Develop cost-effective, scalable applications that meet customer and business needs

The starting pay range for this position is:
$129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
