About the Role

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Senior Growth Program Manager to accelerate trial adoption, guide trial users to activation, and maximize subscription growth. This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, marketing, and customer success—ideal for someone who can combine strategic thinking, technical know-how, and customer empathy to deliver measurable results.

You’ll own initiatives that expand trials, improve trial-to-paid conversion rates, optimize eCommerce funnels, and enhance the subscription lifecycle. Working closely with Payments, Risk, and Product teams, you’ll design automated, data-driven solutions that improve the customer journey from the very first interaction through renewal.

Additional Locations: This position is open to candidates that are located remotely in the East (EST) Time Zone or Central Time Zone (CST).

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Trial Growth & Activation: Proactively manage and resolve incoming customer requests and operational queues while identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce friction, and drive trial-to-paid conversions.

  • Optimize Trial-to-Paid Conversions: Identify and remove friction points, improve onboarding flows, and run A/B tests to maximize conversion.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with engineering, product, design, and marketing to deliver seamless user experiences and conversion-optimized journeys.

  • Understand the Customer Deeply: Conduct research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities that drive measurable growth.

  • Own End-to-End Initiatives: From ideation to execution, manage growth projects that span acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.

  • Connect regularly with internal and external customers to understand their goals and needs, translating those into actionable deliverables.

  • Report & Communicate Impact: Present insights, experiment results, and growth recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven track record driving trial growth, user activation, and subscription conversion in a SaaS or eCommerce environment.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or growth marketing with a focus on eCommerce and subscription businesses.

  • Strong technical aptitude, with hands-on experience using tools such as Salesforce, analytics platforms, marketing automation, and A/B testing frameworks.

  • 5+ years working cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, marketing, and sales.

  • Experience with funnel analysis, conversion optimization, and customer lifecycle automation.

  • Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to balance rapid execution with thoughtful prioritization.

  • Strong UX sensibility and experience improving onboarding and payment flows.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Experience developing end-to-end eCommerce solutions (acquisition → conversion → renewal).

  • 3+ years background in cybersecurity products or SaaS.

  • 3+ years experience with SalesForce, Chargebee, and Stripe.

Bonus Points:

  • CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator
