Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience working with WordPress
- 3+ years of professional experience working with WooCommerce
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, HTML+CSS) and UX/UI best practices (responsive design)
- Expertise in building and interacting with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations
- Ability to implement best practices for WordPress development and engineering concerns (coding, debugging, monitoring)
- Experience in optimizing website performance, including loading speed, and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices, and ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices
- Highly proficient in using code versioning tools (Git)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
