About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst II to join our Operations FP&A team. This role is critical in supporting the evolution, optimization, and day-to-day management of budgeting, forecasting, and our annual operating plan process.
As a key member of the FP&A organization, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance forecast accuracy, build new forecast processes, and evaluate the financial performance of new projects.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a deep interest in finance and technology. You are detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and excel at solving complex problems. You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, and you’re energized by opportunities to make meaningful improvements that drive business value.
What You’ll Do:
Drive the financial budgeting and forecasting cycle by partnering with business leaders.
Support month-end close activities including budget versus actuals, accruals, and reporting.
Work on special projects to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Develop meaningful analytics and reporting for various department leaders.
Lead annual AOP initiatives for various groups within COGS and R&D.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across FP&A, Accounting, Data & Analytics, and other key teams to successfully execute projects and process improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in FP&A with a strong track record of driving budget and forecast cycles.
Clear understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition; SaaS experience is a plus.
High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling.
Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences.
Solid foundation in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Advanced Excel capabilities and financial modeling skills; familiarity with Power Query, SQL, or similar data tools a plus.
Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects, delivering accurate and timely results in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points:
Technology sector and/or high growth public company experience.
Knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metrics.
Experience using big data, such as extracting value from large, disconnected, and/or unstructured datasets.
Experience with Tableau, Adaptive Insights Planning, and/or NetSuite.

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
