What impact you’ll make:
As Finance Manager for the Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives & Investments, you’ll be in charge of a $750MM capital expenditure budget and will support the initiatives to understand how to ramp up our capacity, in our network of manufacturing sites and suppliers. You will also contribute to the Hoshin capital allocation initiative to ensure the benefit of our investments are effective and will work hand in hand with operations and the project managers to enable this growth. In addition, you’ll contribute to the effort to support our automation, sustainability and R&D investments.
What you’ll do
The Gas Power Supply Chain Strategic Initiatives & Investments Finance Leader will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Supply Chain capital allocation process, from capital expenditures to the support of the Supply Chain Strategic Review Board
- Leading the review of benefits process, the budget and estimation cycle, as well as ensuring that appropriate controls are in place
- Participating in the preparation of the strategic plan for the company and ensuring its proper execution as we’re ramping up
- Supporting our strategic initiatives and ensuring that the best product cost profile emerges from our make/buy decision as well as our pivot-to-value initiatives
What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant prior experience in finance
FMP, OFLP experience appreciated
What will make you stand out
Supply Chain finance experience
Prior experience in finance across New Units or Services, and understanding of the related accounting models
Proven experience in leading a global team
Proven experience in effectively partnering with operational leadership on cross-functional initiatives
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong oral and written communication skills, including with senior leadership
Proven knowledge and application of contemporary analytics tools and methodologies
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and change management
Proven track record of developing and owning operating rhythms and sets of data to drive & enable decisions
Demonstrated ability to navigate through multiple functions and partner with operational leaders, and influence their alignment and decisions
