Under general direction, participates as technical resource in implementing system health monitoring design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of DaVita Applications. Partners with Development, QA and Business Analysts to define End User Transaction based system Key Performance Indicators. Provide a range of IT dashboards to ensure that agreed levels of capacity and performance are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis.

        Create capacity for Team by Mentoring and leading others to higher levels of knowledge.  

        Willingly share knowledge and look for opportunities to elevate other Team mates to a similar place of expertise 

            Review service metrics (KPIs) that identify the success of the services being utilized to recommend and coordinate implementation of changes to ITSM services to improve metrics  

            Optimize the availability of the IT infrastructure to deliver cost effective improvements that deliver tangible benefits to business units and customers 

            Provide a range of IT dashboards to ensure that agreed levels of availability, reliability and maintainability are measured and monitored on an ongoing basis 

            Take actions to achieve reductions in frequency and duration of incidents that impact IT availability   

            Provide regular reports on availability to the Service Manager  

            Organize and maintain a regular availability review process with both key business and IT representatives  

            Participate and provide inputs to the levels of IT availability required and its cost justification 

            Monitor actual availability achieved versus targets  

            Participate in Change Control meetings to assess and authorize changes from an availability perspective  

            Conduct availability risk assessment for existing services  

            Maintain an awareness of technology advancements and best practices that support availability and performance 

            Gather availability data as needed for reporting and communications 

            Report on performance against service targets as application flow through Software Development Lifecycle  

            Translate business events and drivers into IT workloads and volumes  

            Conduct ad-hoc performance and capacity and performance studies on request  

            Monitor actual capacity usage versus targets and to ensure shortfalls are addressed

The Salary Range for the role is $100,100.00 - $147,000.00 per year.
