We are hiring a Sr. EHS Specialist to lead safety initiatives for our retail team, focusing on injury prevention, employee well-being, and OSHA compliance. This role is dedicated to creating a safe, compliant, and injury-free retail environment. Travel is limited to 20% or less.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and continuously improve safety programs to reduce workplace risks and injuries while enhancing employee engagement and workplace safety culture.
  • Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.
  • Coach leaders and employees on safety principles and compliance.
  • Deliver and enhance safety training, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits to assess practices, ensure OSHA compliance, and mitigate hazards.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to manage investigations and safety performance.
  • Promote the One Safe culture through communication, recognition, and participation.
  • Maintain accurate safety records and report metrics, trends, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of EPA, OSHA, and other State or Federal programs
  • Work experience or education in Occupational Safety and Health, Industrial Hygiene and/or Industrial Safety and Health.

 

What We Offer:

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $125,000 annually, with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
