OutSystems is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Hyperscaler Alliances to lead, scale, and optimize our global strategic partnership ecosystem, with primary focus on AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, FICO, and other tier-one partners. This executive role is critical in driving enterprise-wide strategic alignment, comprehensive go-to-market initiatives, deep technical collaboration, and substantial revenue acceleration with our most important hyperscaler and technology partners. You will serve as the executive alliance leader, establishing C-level relationships and working cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, customer success, and finance to maximize partnership value and drive measurable business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
● Define and own the multi-year strategic hyperscaler alliance roadmap aligned with OutSystems' corporate objectives and growth targets
● Build and lead a high-performing global alliances organization, including direct
management of alliance directors and managers
● Establish executive governance structures and business reviews with C-suite & Senior Executive counterparts at AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, FICO, and other strategic partners

Partnership Strategy & Execution
● Architect and execute comprehensive joint business plans across hyperscaler & other strategic partners, encompassing sales alignment, co-innovation initiatives, technical integrations, marketplace strategies, and executive co-sponsorship
● Drive strategic investment decisions and resource allocation across the hyperscaler partnerships portfolio to optimize ROI
● Identify and evaluate new strategic partnership opportunities that align with company growth objectives

Revenue & Business Impact
● Own multi-million dollar pipeline and revenue targets through hyperscaler alliances, including joint solutions, marketplace transactions, co-sell programs, and global field collaboration
● Establish and monitor partnership P&L, ensuring financial objectives and mutual value creation
● Scale co-sell and marketplace motions across multiple hyperscalers to drive predictable, repeatable revenue growth

Cross-Functional Leadership & Influence

● Partner with Chief Revenue Officer, regional sales leaders, and broader Partner & Alliances team to embed alliance strategy into sales execution and account planning at scale
● Collaborate with Chief Product Officer and engineering leadership to influence product roadmap, technical integrations, and platform strategy based on partner ecosystem insights
● Work with CMO and marketing leadership to design and execute integrated
co-marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and partner-driven demand generation programs - including driving “better together” narratives
● Engage with CEO, CRO, and executive team on strategic partnership decisions,
quarterly business reviews, and executive-level partner engagements
Organizational Enablement
● Build and scale enablement programs to drive hyperscaler awareness, engagement, and execution across global field teams
● Establish best practices, playbooks, and governance frameworks for hyperscaler management across the organization
● Create mechanisms for knowledge sharing and collaboration across partner ecosystem

Performance Management & Reporting
● Define enterprise-level KPIs and establish comprehensive tracking mechanisms for hyperscaler alliance success, including sourced & influenced pipeline, closed revenue, co-innovation metrics, and strategic alignment scores
● Deliver regular executive reporting to the C-suite on hyperscaler partnership
performance, opportunities, and risks
● Continuously optimize hyperscaler strategies based on data-driven insights and market dynamics

Qualifications
Required Experience & Expertise
● 15+ years of progressive experience in strategic alliances, business development, or
partner management within enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud ecosystem
environments
● 5+ years in executive leadership roles managing global alliance teams and partner ecosystems
● Deep expertise across multiple cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) with comprehensive knowledge of hyperscaler GTM programs, partnership frameworks, and organizational structures
● Demonstrated success building and scaling multi-hundred-million-dollar partnership programs with measurable business outcomes

● Proven ability to establish and maintain C-level relationships with major technology & SI partners and influence complex, matrixed organizations

Skills & Competencies
● Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen with ability to translate partnership opportunities into enterprise value
● Outstanding executive presence with sophisticated communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities
● Track record of influencing product strategy and GTM execution through partnership insights
● Strong financial acumen including P&L management, forecasting, and business case development
● Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling high-performing teams in global, distributed environments
● Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity

Education
● Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred

Additional Qualifications
● Experience in AI development platforms, Automation, or digital transformation solutions preferred
● Established relationships within AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud or other major cloud provider alliance organizations a strong plus
● Global mindset with experience managing partnerships across multiple regions and cultures
