Objective

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Director of Sales Enablement to help drive the development and delivery of a modern sales education ecosystem. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing enablement strategies that accelerate onboarding, improve sales ramp time, strengthen frontline manager effectiveness, and drive adoption of product releases and sales plays across global Sales teams and Channel Partners.

The Senior Director will lead the creation of scalable and repeatable enablement programs aligned with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner functions. These programs will equip our customer-facing teams with the training, tools, and resources needed to elevate performance and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for the creation and execution of enablement programs, tools, and delivery methods across diverse formats and audiences.
  • Build and maintain a blended learning environment combining digital and in-person modalities to support ongoing development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales Operations, Analytics, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to align enablement with business needs and priorities.
  • Support curriculum development for onboarding, product/solution training, and sales skill development across roles and segments.
  • Identify sales and skill gaps through performance data and stakeholder input, and align enablement programs to address high-impact areas.
  • Deliver programs that foster a culture of coaching, reinforce sales process best practices, and increase sales effectiveness.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) that assess program impact, sales team proficiency, and knowledge retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to align initiatives with go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer engagement priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strategic and hands-on enablement leader with experience implementing programs in a complex, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence without authority to drive alignment and results.
  • Comfortable working across global teams with varying needs, and adapting programs accordingly.
  • Committed to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Experience

  • 10–12+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or customer success education within enterprise software or technology; experience in a quota-carrying role is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and implement enablement strategies and programs at scale.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align efforts.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into enablement initiatives.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable facilitating executive-level discussions and team-level training.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), enablement tools, and modern learning frameworks.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring program impact and applying insights to enhance effectiveness.
  • Compensation 210,000-250,000 plus bonus/equity
