Job Description:

The Position

We're looking for an energetic Senior Director of Product and Business Development to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As a crucial member of our team, you will lead Solentra’s evolution toward an Enterprise Selling model, focused on developing and executing commercial strategies that span Solentra and the broader Cultura ecosystem. You will serve as the commercial lead for enterprise accounts, orchestrating cross-business collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and secure long-term, high-value agreements. At Solentra, we are committed to attracting, nurturing, and retaining the top talent in the agricultural industry.

General Responsibilities

Enterprise Commercial Strategy & Execution

  • Define and lead Solentra’s Enterprise Selling strategy targeting large agribusiness and enterprise customers
  • Develop and execute account plans for strategic enterprise clients across multiple Cultura businesses
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with Solentra and Cultura growth objectives

Enterprise Deal Development & Negotiation

  • Lead structuring, negotiation, and closing of multi-year, multi-solution enterprise agreements
  • Develop commercial models including bundled offerings, platform agreements, and outcome-based pricing

Cross-Cultura Collaboration

  • Act as a commercial integrator across Cultura companies
  • Align offerings into cohesive enterprise solutions
  • Drive alignment on pricing, commercial strategy, and risk tolerance

Customer & Industry Engagement

  • Build relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders
  • Leverage and expand network across agribusiness and supply chain ecosystems
  • Represent Solentra at industry events and partnerships
  • Present a Business Process Assessment (BPA) engagement service

Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth

  • Monitor trends (sustainability, data-driven agriculture, supply chain digitization)
  • Translate insights into commercial and product opportunities

Capability Building & Leadership

  • Establish a repeatable Enterprise Selling framework
  • Mentor and enable business unit leaders
  • Support long-term strategic planning

Education and Experience

  • Senior Management Experience: 10+ years in enterprise sales or commercial leadership
  • Proven Track Record: You have a demonstrated history of success in business development, sales, or management within the global agri-food industry.  Proposing, and successfully delivering of multi-year complex agreements across multiple departments in large accounts (value in excess of 1M annually)
  • Industry Insight: Your knowledge includes a deep understanding of the global agri-food industry landscape, trends, and challenges.
  • Financial Acumen: You possess strong financial reporting and analysis skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: An interest in or understanding of software technology and its impact on business.
