NOTE: TPG Capital, a global alternative asset management firm, recently acquired Hospitality Solutions. Over the coming months, Sabre is working with TPG to formally separate the Hospitality Solutions business from Sabre. It is important to understand that while you will be employed by a Sabre legal entity, your role will be to support the Hospitality Solutions business, which is now owned by TPG.

Senior Director, People Experience (3 direct reports)

We’re looking for a Senior Director of People Experience to own Learning & Development, Culture & Engagement, and Internal Communications for our global workforce. You’ll design programs and experiences that help our people grow, feel connected, and stay inspired.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead all L&D programs — onboarding, career development, leadership training.
  • Shape and evolve our culture, values, and engagement initiatives.
  • Oversee global employee communications — clear, inspiring, and consistent.
  • Partner with leaders to create a workplace where everyone can do their best work.
  • Use feedback and data to keep improving our people experience worldwide.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years in People, L&D, or Culture roles, with global leadership experience.
  • Skilled communicator and storyteller who connects with all audiences.
  • Track record of designing programs that scale and deliver results.
  • Passion for building inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
