The Role:

The Sr. Director, National Partnerships will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for securing new enterprise-level partnerships with large school districts, state agencies, and healthcare organizations. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this role will focus on building and maintaining a robust pipeline, negotiating complex multi-year agreements, and closing transformative deals that expand Hazel Health’s reach and impact. Unlike traditional executive leadership roles, this position is an individual contributor role with a strong emphasis on personal deal execution.

What You’ll Do:

Enterprise Sales Execution

  • Personally lead enterprise-level sales engagements with large school districts, states, and healthcare systems.
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, pursue, and close high-value, multi-year contracts.
  • Negotiate complex agreements that align with Hazel’s mission and business objectives.

Pipeline Development & Management

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities with clear visibility across the sales cycle.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and executive leadership team.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track progress, identify risks, and ensure consistent deal advancement.

Strategic Account Engagement

  • Engage senior-level decision makers, including superintendents, state education leaders, and healthcare executives.
  • Establish credibility and trusted advisor relationships with enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with Hazel’s client success and partnerships teams to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term partner satisfaction.

Market & Thought Leadership

  • Represent Hazel Health at industry events and conferences to elevate visibility and build a strong network of enterprise prospects.
  • Facilitate proposals for speaking engagements and hosted sessions to position Hazel as a leader in school-based healthcare.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a strong track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Experience selling into large school districts, state education agencies, or healthcare organizations strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a robust pipeline with accountability to revenue goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior-level decision makers.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with partner needs and organizational goals.
  • Advanced degree in Business, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Travel 75%+

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $150,000 - $165,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, stock options, and a broad range of other benefits and perks. Review our benefits at Hazel Health Benefits.
