JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Director of HR Business Partner (HRBP) will lead and manage the HRBP function, collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic human resources initiatives aligned with the company's business objectives. This role will be critical in shaping the company culture, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing the execution of HR strategies across departments. The Senior Director of HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and drive the HR agenda to ensure the organization’s workforce strategy supports business growth and success.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with senior leadership to define and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and support organizational growth.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure effective delivery of HR solutions to business units.

  • Act as a strategic advisor on all HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, change management, and leadership development.

  • Work closely with the executive team to provide guidance on complex HR issues and ensure a high level of organizational effectiveness and employee performance.

  • Drive the talent management strategy, including succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline management to meet current and future business needs.

  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring employees have the resources to grow within the organization.

  • Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and implement programs that enhance leadership capabilities and develop talent at all levels.

  • Champion initiatives to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention across the business.

  • Develop and implement strategies to cultivate an inclusive and positive organizational culture.

  • Oversee performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and effective feedback mechanisms.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers to drive high performance and address underperformance issues.

  • Lead organizational change efforts, providing expert advice and guidance on managing transitions and change initiatives.

  • Work with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and equitable compensation strategies that attract, motivate, and retain top talent.

  • Analyze compensation data and make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends, internal equity, and business requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory HR requirements across relevant jurisdictions.

  • Advise business leaders on employee relations matters, mitigating risk and ensuring fair and equitable treatment for all employees.

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven track record in a senior HRBP position or similar role, with experience supporting senior leadership and driving large-scale HR initiatives.

  • Experience in a complex, fast-paced, and global business environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, performance management, and HR best practices.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team of HR professionals.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations.

  • Strong change management skills and the ability to lead through transformation.

  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and credibility quickly.

  • Passion for developing people and fostering a high-performance culture.

EDUCATION REQUREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).

  • Master’s degree and HR certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar) preferred.
