  • Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue Operations

As a Sr Director of GTM Programs & Strategy, you’ll …

  • Lead cross-functional sales and marketing programs (e.g., strategic sales plays, GTM execution for internal AI initiatives, and GTM experiments) from idea through execution, measurement and iteration.
  • Partner closely with the CRO, CMO, and VP of Revenue Operations on executive-level GTM strategy and visibility, preparing updates, synthesizing progress, and driving follow-through.
  • Contribute to key strategic decisions such as segmentation, territory design, and GTM investment areas in partnership with RevOps and Sales leadership.
  • Own our sales methodology, process design, and governance, ensuring that GTM teams are aligned, equipped, and operating with consistency and clarity.
  • Act as a critical partner to Product Marketing and Product for product release readiness, ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped to launch and sell with confidence.
  • Lead Revenue Enablement programs that equip new and tenured GTM team members (Sales, CS, Partners) with the skills, tools, and knowledge to excel including onboarding, ongoing enablement, and role-specific readiness.

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you:

Requirements:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in roles such as GTM Strategy, Strategic Programs, Chief of Staff, or RevOps
  • Track record of managing high-impact programs and strategic initiatives with executive visibility
  • Experience owning sales process design, enablement program execution, and/or major GTM milestones like SKO or product launches
  • Strong business judgment and ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get things done
  • People management experience and ability to mentor and scale a small but strategic team

You’ll thrive as a Sr Director of GTM Programs & Strategy if you:

  • Operate comfortably between strategy and execution, with a bias for progress over perfection
  • Are a confident communicator and cross-functional leader who builds strong working relationships
  • Know how to bring structure to ambiguity and get alignment across stakeholders
  • Have a systems-oriented mind and a passion for building scalable programs
  • Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impact
Our Core Behaviors:
  • Build lasting customer trust. We build trust by taking action that puts customer trust first.
  • Win together. We play to win, and we win as one team. Success at Webflow isn't a solo act.
  • Reinvent ourselves. We don't just improve what exists, we imagine what's possible.
  • Deliver with speed, quality, and craft. We move fast because the moment demands it, and we do so without lowering the bar.
Benefits & wellness
  • Equity ownership (RSUs) in a growing, privately-owned company
  • 100% employer-paid healthcare, vision, and dental insurance coverage for full-time employees (working 30+ hours per week) and their dependents. Full-time employees may also be eligible for voluntary insurance options where applicable in the respective country of employment
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave for both birthing and non-birthing caregivers, as well as an additional 6-8 weeks of pregnancy disability leave for birthing parents to be used before child bonding leave (note: where local requirements are more generous, employees receive the greater benefit); full-time employees also have access to family planning care and reimbursement
  • Flexible PTO for all locations and sabbatical program
  • Access to mental wellness and professional coaching, therapy, and Employee Assistance Program
  • Monthly stipends to support work and wellness
  • 401k plan or pension schemes (in countries where statutorily required), and other financial wellness benefits, like CPA and financial advisor coverage

Temporary employees may be eligible for paid holiday and time off, statutory leaves of absence, and company-sponsored medical benefits depending on their Fixed Term Contract and their country/state of employment.
