The Opportunity  

Frame.io is changing the future of how videos are made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. Our mission is to power the world's video creation. We pour our soul into the Frame.io product to delight customers and make it easier for them to realize that mission. 

We are looking for an engineering leader to lead Frame’s Ecosystem and Integrations team that is responsible for building integrations with Adobe’s flagship apps (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, AEM, etc.) as well as lead the external partnership ecosystem (eg Canon, Fuji etc.).  

The leader will lead the future of creative production and make Frame.io’s collaboration platform the connective tissue that ties all the creativity of Adobe's products together. 

 

What you’ll do 
  • You'll be responsible for the engineering roadmap of the ecosystem and integrations team, leveraging your expertise in having shipped end-to-end, consumer facing software and platform products.  

  • Partner effectively with Frame.io’s product and design leaders, leading integrations with internal stakeholders (e.g., Firefly/Photoshop/Express) as well as key external partners and products.   

  • Be excited about building an ecosystem in partnership with internal developers and external partners  

  • Provide strategic insights into the global video landscape to key stakeholders and look for opportunities to innovate in collaboration with product engineering 

  • Lead, manage and attract talent to teams of experts on scalability, resilience, and media. 

  • Develop our managers and ICs to new levels of performance in an inclusive environment 

 

What you'll need to succeed 
  • Overall, fifteen years of industry experience including experience shipping consumer- facing products at scale across large and start-up organizations. A minimum of seven years of engineering leadership experience. 

  • Proven ability to build strong cross functional relationshipsWe’re looking for a strong leader that has experience delivering compelling customer value through effective stakeholder relationships in a cross-organization, geographically distributed environment. 

  • Experience with API/developer/collaboration platforms is a big plus 

  • Deep passion for content creation and innovation is a plus. 

  • Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $197,700 -- $416,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
