Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Director of B2B Marketing to lead the development and execution of our go-to-market and demand generation strategy across all business customer segments. This role will own the B2B marketing funnel from top to bottom—creating clear, differentiated positioning and messaging, building integrated campaigns, partnering closely with Sales, and driving measurable pipeline growth. This leader will manage a growing team and play a critical role in defining how we tell the DeleteMe story to businesses, from SMBs to the Fortune 500.
Job Responsibilities:
-Develop and lead DeleteMe’s B2B marketing strategy, including positioning, segmentation, and value prop development for target business audiences
-Build and execute integrated campaigns across channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline
-Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure tight alignment between marketing programs and revenue goals
-Manage and mentor a high-performing team of B2B marketers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and accountability
-Own reporting and optimization of the B2B marketing funnel; define KPIs and use data to continuously improve performance
-Oversee creation of B2B content and collateral, including case studies, product one-pagers, email journeys, webinars, and sales enablement tools
-Stay current on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to inform marketing priorities and innovation
Job Requirements:
-Minimum of 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS or cybersecurity company
-Proven success developing and scaling marketing programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue
-Experience building and leading high-performing teams across campaign, content, and field marketing functions
-Strong analytical mindset—you can define, track, and act on the right data to drive performance
-Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills
-Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and how to tailor marketing to multiple personas
-Familiarity with modern B2B marketing technology stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ABM platforms, marketing automation tools)
-This role requires domestic and international travel. All standard travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the company's travel reimbursement policy.
