About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Director, Analytics to lead our enterprise-wide analytics function in a centralized operating model. This role will be responsible for shaping and scaling the company’s analytics vision, capabilities, and execution across all business units, enabling data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
 

The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics leader who thrives in complex environments, balances strategic thinking with executional excellence, and has a proven track record of driving business impact through advanced analytics, operational reporting, and stakeholder alignment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Enterprise Analytics Strategy
    Develop and drive a cohesive analytics strategy aligned with enterprise priorities, partnering closely with functional and business unit leaders.

  • Centralized Analytics Leadership
    Lead a centralized analytics team that supports a broad range of stakeholders, ensuring scalable service delivery, prioritization frameworks, and a strong operating cadence.

  • Stakeholder Partnership
    Serve as the strategic analytics partner to senior leaders across marketing, product, operations, finance, and other key functions.

  • Insights and Performance Reporting
    Oversee development of enterprise dashboards, KPI frameworks, and performance insights that translate complex data into actionable intelligence.

  • Advanced Analytics & Innovation
    Champion the application of advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, segmentation, and experimentation to drive strategic decisions.

  • Team Leadership and Development
    Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of analysts and data professionals; foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation.

  • Data Governance and Quality
    Partner with Data Engineering, Governance, and Technology teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across the enterprise.

  • Tooling and Enablement
    Drive standardization of analytics tools, reporting platforms, and self-service capabilities to empower business users while maintaining strong governance.
     

What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, with at least 5 years leading teams at the senior management level in a large-scale, matrixed organization

  • Proven experience leading centralized or hub-and-spoke analytics functions at an enterprise level

  • Deep understanding of analytics methodologies, data visualization, and business performance measurement

  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders, translate business questions into analytics solutions, and drive measurable outcomes

  • Strong command of tools such as SQL, Python/R, Tableau/, and Snowflake

  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and change management skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) preferred

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to equal pay for equal work in its compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $190,000 - $285,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
