Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.
We're looking for an experienced Sr. Director, Alliances & Channel covering the advisory and consulting GSI's, to join our AMS team. Reporting to the VP, Global System Integrators you'll be responsible for:
- Creating and executing a global growth business plan for the advisory and consulting GSI's (EY, KPMG, Deloitte)
- Ensuring that the partners meet their goals for product revenue, services revenue and margins
- Building the partnership brand both internally and externally
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a strong set of Global Alliance Managers/Directors
- Teaming with internal sales and channel leaders to programmatically drive new revenue generating initiatives alongside the GSI partners
- Currently managing GSI partnerships in a leadership role for an enterprise software company
- 5+ years of leadership experience within the GSI space
- Bachelor's degree or similar education
- Demonstrable evidence of exceeding sales targets and with a demonstrated track record in doing so with IGSI partners
- Exceptional Leadership skills working with executives - internally and externally

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
