This Senior Human Resources Director, will be a strategic business partner supporting our Technology Operations organization. Responsible for creating and delivering policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee engagement, employee relations, and equal opportunity employment in compliance with government regulations and company goals. Works with leadership to ensure Human Resources strategies and initiatives are in alignment with all short- and long-term business goals for the designated client group as well as the enterprise-wide guidelines. Combines HR mastery, industry knowledge, and business acumen to resolve complex HR issues within a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Responsible for support of a geographically dispersed employee base within the designated client group. Create, implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery that is aligned with company initiatives and enterprise-wide policies and procedures.

- Work with senior leadership to develop and promote the human resources strategies for the assigned organization
- Develop strong working relationships at all levels of the organization and consults with people leaders to ensure consistent and fair resolution of employee issues/concerns
- Maintain credibility with management throughout the organization by serving as an effective listener and problem solver of people related issues
- Partner with senior leadership in order to understand the business challenges and to ensure effective and timely HR support
- Translate organizational strategic business objectives into supporting HR strategy and accompanying action plans for flawless execution
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of new programs/strategies and regulatory actions as they affect recruiting, motivation, development, retention and performance of our employees in the designated client group
- Analyze and evaluate the retention, performance and workforce productivity of the employee base identifying root cause and making recommendations for improvement
- Manage recruiting and employee relations at the designated client group, including review and approval of hires and terminations and skip level corrective actions
- Facilitate and support performance management, merit planning and employee surveys within the enterprise-wide framework and process
- Partner with HR leadership and provide input in development of enterprise-wide HR programs and policies that support the needs of assigned business unit.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with enterprise-wide HR policies, procedures, programs and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local state and federal employment laws, including but not limited to FLSA, FMLA and ADAAA to minimize risk/exposure to the company and coordinate all required compliance activities in partnership with Legal Department
- Hire, train and manage performance and development of direct reports and assist, as necessary, with the selection of supporting HR professionals
- Participate in budget and forecasting planning and manage departmental expenses for the designated client group
- Perform other duties as requested

Required Qualifications
- Experience:
- Human Resources Generalist experience, ideally in a multi-location environment with a large employee base 10+ years.
- Management experience 7+ years
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field
- Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Strong business planning and forecasting skills
Ability to focus on overall strategy
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

The base pay for this position generally is between
$138,800.00 and $246,400.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
