Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, Systems, or related preferred).
  • Master’s degree a plus (AI/ML, Robotics, Computer Vision, Systems Engineering, HCI).
Work Experience
  • 10+ years progressive experience in product management, solution design, or technology delivery, including AI-enabled products.
  • 3–5+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering complex, multi-system products (software + hardware/sensors).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven track record of establishing and growing high-value relationships and partnerships with customers.
  • Experience presenting/pitching strategic recommendations and complex concepts to IT and business leaders.
  • Experience leading transformation programs that include real-time data, sensors/IoT, automation, and AI/ML (not just web/mobile).
  • Deep experience leading diverse teams across engineering, design, data/ML, and operations through the product lifecycle.
  • Strong grasp of computer vision fundamentals (detection, segmentation, tracking), model evaluation, and production considerations (drift, monitoring, retraining).
  • Familiarity with digital twin concepts (asset models, spatial/3D context, simulation, interoperability) and how they support decisioning and operations.
  • Familiarity with robotics/automation workflows (task definition, autonomy levels, safety constraints, human-in-the-loop operations).
  • Agile delivery experience, with comfort operating in R&D-heavy environments (experimentation, prototyping, iterative validation).
  • Contribution to project financials/budget tracking and understanding of P&L.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $170,000 - $195,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary:  

 

WWT’s Digital & AI Platform Solutions team delivers insight-driven products, platforms and experiences. We move with the nimbleness of a start-up and the scale of a global consultancy. Purpose-built to solve seemingly impossible challenges with speed, precision and human connection. Our team of product managers, UX designers, application developers and data scientists create customer and employee experiences that drive growth and operational efficiency. 

 

AI Product Managers serve as the connective tissue between client stakeholders, strategic partners, and cross-functional WWT teams to deliver high-impact, AI-enabled digital products and solutions. You will work closely with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle, from pre-sales discovery through delivery, partnering with business development to shape AI opportunity areas, craft strategic narratives, and co-develop proposals and proof points. In active engagements, Product Managers collaborate with experience strategists, designers, engineers, data scientists and AI engineers to define the product vision, validate AI use cases, shape responsible AI solution architecture, and develop scalable roadmaps. You'll help translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable product strategies that integrate machine learning models, generative AI, computer vision, NLP, or data-driven automation solutions like Agentic AI. 

 

Ideal candidates have 7–10+ years of digital/software product management experience, with a focus on AI/ML products or data-centric platforms. Experience managing discovery and development for AI solutions, from experimentation to deployment, is highly valued. The most effective product managers combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, bringing a collaborative, curious, and adaptable mindset to every engagement. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential, particularly when working with executive stakeholders to demystify AI, build trust, and co-create roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. Consulting experience with VP/C-suite clients is key, along with the ability to align with diverse client teams and navigate the unique challenges of AI development and adoption across different industries.

Presales support: 

  • Craft thought leadership and AI-driven solution narratives that reflect a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends. 
  • Define how WWT’s AI, data, and digital capabilities can address business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes. 
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop compelling proposals, presentations, and strategic roadmaps. 

 

Engagement responsibilities: 

  • Partner with client stakeholders and cross-functional WWT to define and deliver AI-enabled solutions and platforms. 
  • Drive discovery, roadmap development, and execution across the AI lifecycle—from ideation and model selection to deployment and iteration. 
  • Lead or contribute to key deliverables, including: 
  • Business Case & Product Vision 
  • Tech/Model Evaluation (build, buy, fine-tune) 
  • AI Product Roadmap & MVP Planning 
  • Requirements & Feature Definition
