  • Build strategic performance insights and translate data into actionable recommendations that support retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead oversight of campaign tracking, tagging, attribution, and measurement frameworks to ensure data integrity.
  • Proactively identify risks, performance issues, and optimization opportunities while communicating recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support client growth initiatives by contributing media expertise during renewals, upsell opportunities, and new business support efforts.

  • Mentor specialists and coordinators by providing coaching, training, quality assurance, and best practice guidance.
  • Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of standard operating procedures, documentation, and workflow improvements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, AI-driven marketing innovations, privacy changes, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Maintain platform certifications and expand expertise across multiple advertising products and solutions.

What You'll Need:

  • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across one or more platforms including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, display, video, or similar advertising channels.
  • Advanced understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding methodologies, attribution, tracking, and optimization.
  • Experience managing complex client programs with minimal oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with campaign tracking, pixels, conversion measurement, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and troubleshooting data collection issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes through cross-functional collaboration and effective communication.
  • Strong organizational, project management, attention to detail and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring, onboarding, or coaching junior team members.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting platforms i.e. Tableau, Data Studio, PowerBI.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have:

  • Agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, StackAdapt or other platform certifications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM integrations, Asana, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of audience strategy, first-party data activation, and customer journey planning.
