About the role 

At Informed K12, we are making an impact in K12 public school districts across the country. As we enter our next phase of growth and product maturity, we're scaling our teams and functions with a bold vision rooted in best-in-class B2B SaaS practices.

We are looking for a talented and well-rounded demand generation manager who brings strong campaign, ABX, and event experience. The successful candidate has built programs from the ground-up at early stage start-ups and is ready to be hands-on with campaign execution across channels. You should have a proven track record of owning lead, meeting, and pipeline targets, with demonstrable experience improving campaign ROI. Responsibilities

Demand Generation

  • Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns at a high volume across email, website, paid digital, search, and ABX to drive pipeline
  • Build targeted programs based on territory, persona, or stage in the funnel
  • Maximize the ROI of in-person events, webinars, and conferences (around ~40 per year) with email, paid digital, optimized landing pages, and other creative ways to engage attendees before and after (Note: event logistics are handled by another team member)  
  • Experiment with new channels, which could include paid digital (content syndication, Google Ads, LinkedIn), assessing ROI and applicability for our personas
  • Define and build lead scoring, attribution, and quarterly forecasting in collaboration with RevOps
  • Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and BDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity

Reporting & Performance Optimization

  • Build and manage campaign reporting dashboards to track performance and pipeline contributio
  • Ruthlessly monitor pipeline health and revenue performance metrics to ensure marketing’s impact, driving timely strategic pivots

Market Intelligence

  • Stay up-to-date on B2B marketing trends and technologies, continuously testing and optimizing tactics to drive innovation
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the K-12 market and buyers, education trends, and product benefits

What we’re looking for
  • 6-8 years of demand generation experience, with a focus on building out programs in a start-up environment, in support of growth goals
  • Proven track record of running campaigns at scale, grounded in best practices and optimized with AI
  • Demonstrated revenue accountability with metrics tied to MQLs, pipeline, and closed won
  • Comfortable experimenting with new tactics, tools, and technology (including AI)
  • Passion for B2B SaaS technology, with experience in <$20m ARR start-ups
  • Experience working in high-growth, start-up environments with limited budgets/headcount
  • Curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with expertise adapting existing messaging and long-form content into channel-specific messaging (landing pages, email, paid digital, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Demonstrated project management experience, meeting deadlines across multiple teams, navigating unexpected obstacles with grace
  • Technical proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software, ideally Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager with the ability to both develop strategy and execute campaigns end-to-end
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in EdTech or other vertical SaaS
  • Established playbook and experience opening up new territories from stage 0
  • Self-starter with a bias for action
  • Experience with K12 buying committees

Compensation: $125k-150k OTE + Stock Options
