Senior Data Analyst 

The Senior Data Analyst will work across the organization to support new and ongoing initiatives. This person will join a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The analyst’s primary focus will be Enterprise-wide and operational performance analytics, including developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs), building dashboards for executive and operational leaders, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and supporting cross-functional initiatives with data-driven insights. The analyst will work closely with Strive Leadership, Market Stakeholders and the broader Technology team to develop a robust suite of analytics. 

Essential Functions 

  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL and enterprise data sources to support strategic and operational decision-making. 
  • Design, build, and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights to clinical and operational leaders across the organization. 
  • Conduct root cause analysis to investigate data anomalies, performance trends, and operational variation, delivering clear, data-backed recommendations. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data pipeline and quality issues, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting.
  • Maintain clear, accessible documentation of metrics definitions, data sources, and dashboard logic to support transparency, consistency, and knowledge transfer 

 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement 
  • Located in Denver, or Remote 
  • 4+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

 

  • Working knowledge of analyzing medical claim, lab data, EMR data and clinical data 
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; a self-starter. Desire to work in a start-up environment. Previous experience at a start-up is a plus.  
  • Must be comfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with stakeholders  

Annual Salary Range: $86,000 - $104,000
