The Gogo Sr. Corporate Paralegal works with departments across the company to provide SEC and governance support, general legal support, coordinates and manages the department's workflow process, and maintains various corporate and compliance records. You will support all aspects of the company's business operations, including SEC filings, governance, intellectual property, securities, entity management, and strategic activities. The right candidate will have the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively.

How will you make a difference?
- Provides direct support for Corporate Governance and SEC Compliance activities, including assisting with the annual proxy statement and annual meeting
- Assists with uploading documents to and maintenance of the Board of Directors’ electronic portal
- Assists with the annual D&O Questionnaire process
- Acts as principal manager for the establishment of new entities and ongoing maintenance of the global entity portfolio with the assistance of our third-party vendors, including compliance procedures and overall entity management process.
- Develops and drives project and process improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures designed to support the legal department and company business objectives
- Assists attorneys with diligence projects and legal research requests
- Responds to administrative requests (e.g., vendor forms, notarization, signatures)
- Works with other company departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, etc.) to obtain and provide corporate information for various purposes, as required
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, English, a related legal discipline, or equivalent experience
7-10 years of experience as a paralegal in a corporate and/or commercial practice in a fast-paced in-house or large law firm environment. Experience with, and enthusiasm for, process improvement, research, and problem-solving
Required Experience, Skills & Talents
Demonstrated knowledge of legal principles and practices, interpretation of applicable laws, policies and procedures
Demonstrated knowledge of securities law
Demonstrated knowledge of entity creation and management
Ability to explain legal concepts into actionable recommendations
Legal research and writing skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented

104,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
