Join the T-Mobile Fiber Marketing Team as a Sr. Commercial Marketing Manager – Quarterly Growth & Channel Performance Are you a strategic, data-driven marketing leader with a passion for driving growth in fast-paced, high-stakes environments? T-Mobile Fiber is looking for a Senior Commercial Marketing Manager to spearhead Quarterly Growth Planning (QGP) and Channel Performance Management. This role is built for someone who thrives on turning insights into action, bringing clarity to complexity, and collaborating across teams to win the quarter—every quarter.
This is a hybrid work environement with three days in the office.

What You’ll Do

As a key leader in the T-Mobile Fiber Marketing team, you’ll:

  • Drive Quarterly Growth: Lead strategic planning and in-quarter steering to exceed subscriber and revenue targets across markets, segments, and sales channels.
  • Own Commercial Strategy Execution: Inform and implement commercial strategies focused on ARPU, load mix, revenue, and customer targets—ensuring alignment with quarterly business goals.
  • Optimize Channel Performance: Work cross-functionally with Fiber Ops, FP&A, Marketing, GTM, Digital, and Channel teams to assess performance trends and drive actionable improvements.
  • Lead with Insight: Leverage deep analytics and executive storytelling to influence decision-making and create quarterly outlooks, performance frameworks, pacing dashboards, and strategic forecasts.
  • Build for Growth: Develop and deploy tools, scorecards, and post-mortem analyses to optimize sales performance and conversion across both Owned and Dealer channels.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Guide cross-functional teams, build consensus, and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization—including senior leadership.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 8+ years in commercial or performance marketing roles, preferably in telecom, software/hardware, digital services, consumer electronics, or CPG.
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven track record of driving strategy and business performance through customer, market, and financial analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Leader: Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and aligning diverse teams toward shared growth goals.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong fluency in business analytics, performance tracking, sales conversion strategy, and ROI modeling.
  • Executive Communicator: Able to synthesize complex data into clear insights and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Change Agent: Thrive in ambiguity and change, continuously pushing forward innovative ideas to improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Marketing, Business, or related field)
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Deep understanding of the telecom and digital services industry
  • Experience leading quarterly planning and performance tracking in a dynamic, competitive market

Base Pay Range: $109,300 - $197,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
