THE OPPORTUNITY
As Sr. Commercial Counsel at Cyera, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of complex legal, business, and strategic matters. As an individual contributor within our growing Legal team, you’ll play a key role in building out our GTM and Suppliers Legal function. Your primary focus will be partnering with internal stakeholders to structure, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of GTM agreements. You’ll also be a critical member of a cross-functional team working to scale and optimize our GTM contracting processes as Cyera continues to grow.

- Strong proficiency or demonstrable experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems - with experience using Ironclad or a similar platform being highly desirable.
- Proven ability to independently draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements without a playbook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
