The Senior Claims Partnership Manager will play an essential part in moving this vision forward by developing and implementing a long-term, forward-thinking roadmap, focused on identifying key strategic partnerships and future trends, to solve our customers’ most pressing problems.
The ideal candidate will be an independent thinker who is able to identify and implement business strategies with minimal direction, be willing to take risks, have a creative mindset, and understand how to develop a best-in-class suite of services based on industry trends and customer needs.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
Research and Planning: Proactively research and understand the latest claim processing and anti-fraud trends impacting customers
Partnership Engagement and Vetting: Identify and collaborate with service solution providers, and Insurtech partners, to determine potential for partnerships
Roadmap Development: Create and implement a long-term roadmap based on strategic analysis, executive leadership goals, and customer needs
Strategy Implementation: Independently define and manage specific partnership strategies, setting expectations with stakeholders and potential partners, to meet long-term goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment during partnership vetting – including, but not limited to marketing, sales, finance, and legal.
Develop Business Terms: In coordination with Finance resources, determine potential revenue streams, business strategy, and terms through data informed decisions
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience setting strategy, developing roadmaps, and executing on goals
- Ability to manage and execute multiple tasks at once through efficient time management and prioritization
- Experience influencing decision-making at various levels of the organization to drive the successful implementation of strategic initiatives
Proven self-motivator who is driven to meet team and department goals through management and execution of simultaneous tasks
Ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders
A broad understanding of the P&C and Insurtech industries is preferred but not required
