Are you a strategic up-in-coming leader with a passion for driving organizational change and transformation? Genesys is seeking a dynamic Sr. Business Transformation Associate to support our enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s future by implementing innovative solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change excellence, and ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support large-scale transformation initiatives to drive organizational change and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction, and problem-solving solutions to the project teams. 
  • Develop and execute transformation roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of key milestones.
  • Demonstrate influencing and relationship building skills, inspiring and supporting project teams towards successful outcomes. 
  • Apply advanced process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Communicate complex transformation strategies and updates clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within Business Transformation and other internal organizations communicating issues, and questions timely. 
  • Manage and collaborate effectively with global teams.
  • Uphold and promote the principles of out-of-the-box, simplicity, automation, self-service, and risk reduction in all transformation activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3-5 years relevant experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives or back-office operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven ability to take the initiative, troubleshoot complex issues, build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, and solicit/gain support inside and outside of the Business Transformation team.
  • Experience working with third-party consultants and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced process improvement skills with a track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in agile and waterfall project management methodology; certification preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools. 
  • Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$80,200.00 - $149,000.00
