Are you prepared to formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and a deep understanding of business systems and industry requirements? As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Spectrum, you will leverage this knowledge to design and develop new systems, configure hardware or software, or repurpose existing systems to achieve innovative outcomes on complex projects.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Gather, refine and validate complex business requirements, interdependencies, potential risks and issues
  • Analyze business partners' operations to identify strengths, weaknesses and automation opportunities
  • Assess available technologies to create development specifications
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing cost-effective systems, consult with management to determine system needs, and design systems to meet business goals and user requirements
  • Oversee implementation by coordinating tests and validating system performance, while performing programming and analysis tasks on business systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, and implement measures to control risks within the business applications framework
  • Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues, facilitate communication to align solutions with business strategies, and negotiate agreements from initial requirements to final implementation
  • Conduct feasibility studies to assess cost/benefit, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems

Required Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of business systems or IT related experience
  • Skills
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively, handling multiple projects and priorities at one time
    • Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
    • Ability to analyze and interpret data and quickly identify business problems/opportunities
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel
    • Ability to lead projects

The base pay for this position generally is between
$77,900.00 and $140,470.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
