About the Role:
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be trusted to collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts, Financial Analyst, Data Analysts, and others to develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business functions such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal and highlight actionable insights. You will also lead project management efforts for key financial processes and workflows, driving cross-functional coordination, timelines, and implementation of enhancements for financial systems and tools to ensure scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain executive-level dashboards to monitor the performance of our various business units and products.
Lead project management initiatives and tools to streamline processes, workflows, and timelines across the Finance Organization.
Manage the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) visualizations for the Finance organization and partner effectively with Finance Business Partners to gather and analyze requirements and document business needs.
Collaborate with Finance Business Partners to perform data validation and ensure data integrity.
Work closely with Data & Analytics teams to build and maintain data integrations across multiple internal and external systems.
Create documentation for the various Financial/Product/Business dashboards, metrics, reports, and their underlying data sources.
Apply expertise in data analysis and visualization to see beyond the numbers and understand how our stakeholders will interact with the dashboards.
What You’ll Need:
4+ years' experience in Visualization Engineering and Data Analysis, with focus in Tableau.
Strong project management capabilities, including scope definition, RACI development, timeline and milestone tracking, risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional execution across financial systems and reporting tools.
Demonstrated business presentation abilities, effectively communicating complex analytic outcomes to fulfill business requirements.
Lead development of highly visual, interactive, and layered Business Intelligence solutions using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Online to display results and key insights.
Experienced in Data Modeling and strong SQL proficiency in Cloud Data Warehouse platforms such as Snowflake.
Experienced in CoE activities such as defining and documenting processes, best practices, and strategies for existing and future BI solutions, optimizing business efficiencies, driving adoption as it relates to process improvement.
Bonus Points:
Tableau certification is a plus.
Experience working for a SaaS security company and building SaaS metrics is preferred.
Adaptive Insights, Oracle NetSuite or Workday HCM software experience.
PMP certification or expertise in project management preferred.
