The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Sr. Business Solutions Analyst ! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by taking an active leading role in supporting the various applications used by Frank Winston Crum Insurance.

  1. Partner with business leaders to frame initiatives: define business value, customer outcomes, and clear success metrics tied to FWCI’s strategic goals and value map. Ensuring every decision creates genuine value.
  2. Designs and leads the analysis approach for programs or major domains (discovery plan, stakeholder engagement model, artifact set, decision forums).
  3. Translates strategic goals into actionable portfolios of features, user stories, and process changes, sequenced for incremental value delivery.
  4. Establishes and enforce quality standards for requirements, UAT, and release readiness across assigned programs.
  5. Oversees UAT strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring robust coverage of edge cases, integrations, and business controls.
  6. Anticipates operational, data, and compliance impacts and ensure they are accounted for in design, testing, and change/adoption plans.
  7. Acts as a proxy for Product Owners or business leads when needed, ensuring decisions align with value, risk, and customer impact.
  8. Leads BA communities of practice, training sessions, and playbook improvements to uplift the overall discipline.
  9. Identifies and drives enhancements to BA practices, standards, and tools.
  10. Demonstrates the broader organizational ecosystem and end-to-end workflows, not just a single project or system.
  11. Demonstrates experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
  12. Knowledge across multiple domains (policy/rating, billing, portals, data/reporting) and the carrier value map.

The Attributes We Seek

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 7–10+ years of progressive business analysis experience in P&C Insurance (or equivalent), including leading large or complex initiatives.
  3. Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, facilitating alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  4. Demonstrated experience defining and using KPIs and metrics to guide decisions and measure success.
  5. CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSPO, or equivalent preferred, not required.
