About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a multidisciplinary Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Creative team. This role is ideal for a designer deeply rooted in brand design, with the ability to elevate storytelling and strategy through motion and 3D. You’ll work closely with the Brand Design Director, Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters, and Producers to evolve how our brand looks, feels, and shows up across product launches, campaigns, and new platforms.

You're equally comfortable crafting precise layouts in Figma as you are imagining and rendering immersive brand worlds in 3D, or animating assets for social, digital, and experiential channels. This is a hybrid creative role that balances systems thinking with expressive storytelling—and helps shape the future of our brand across mediums.

You Will:
  • Concept and Execute Brand Launches and Campaigns:
Partner with Designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters to develop conceptually strong, visually exceptional work for product launches, brand campaigns, and ongoing marketing efforts.

  • Own and Evolve the Brand System:
Own and evolve the Hims & Hers brand design system and visual guidelines. Ensure cohesive, high-quality execution across digital, print, motion, and physical experiences.

  • Create Immersive 3D and Motion Design:
Use 3D rendering and motion design to imagine and build immersive brand worlds. Help bring product and brand stories to life in dynamic and visually compelling ways.

  • Steward Creative Excellence Across Teams:
Act as a horizontal brand steward across the Creative team and the rest of the organization. Maintain visual integrity while encouraging creative evolution and exploration. Give feedback and design guidance to others where necessary.

  • Collaborate with Production Partners:
Partner with producers, vendors, and specialists to ensure the highest level of quality and execution across all deliverables.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
Work closely with teams across Marketing, Packaging, and Communications to scale and express the brand consistently across touchpoints.

  • Design Across Formats and Channels:
Design across a wide variety of formats and channels—from digital, physical, presentation, and motion to event graphics and physical brand experiences.

  • Integrate Trends and Emerging Tools:
Stay current with trends in branding, motion, and 3D design. Use AI tools for concepting, ideation, and creative efficiency to bring modern thinking into our workflows.

You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience in brand, visual, or multidisciplinary design roles

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in brand identity, typography, layout, color, composition, campaign systems, and a balance of static, motion, and 3D design

  • Deep experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Proficient in 3D tools (e.g., Cinema4D, Blender) and motion tools (e.g., After Effects)

  • Strong visual taste and intuition—you can sense when something’s right (or not) and articulate that with clarity

  • Experience applying and evolving brand guidelines across growing product lines or categories

  • Detail-oriented and organized self-starter with a strong sense of visual polish

  • Clear communicator, able to present creative ideas to both designers and non-designers

  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage projects independently in a collaborative environment

  • Creative thinker with the ability to see a project from concept through to execution

Nice to Have:
  • Experience with lighting, art direction, or photography for 3D assets

  • Background in environmental, retail, or experiential design

  • Print design experience, including layout and production

Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
  • Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles

  • Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days

  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave

  • Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)

  • 401k benefits with employer matching contribution

  • Offsite team retreats

We are committed to building a workforce that reflects diverse perspectives and prioritizes ethics, wellness, and a strong sense of belonging. If you're excited about this role, we encourage you to apply—even if you're not sure if your background or experience is a perfect match.
