About the Role

Databricks is seeking a Sr. Brand Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign development, partnering closely with creative, media, and cross-functional marketing teams to bring Databricks’ brand strategy to life at scale. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic brand vision and operational excellence, with the ability to drive campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and impact in the market.

You will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team and will play an important role in sharing our brand story with customers, followers and the broader data and AI community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, creation, cross-functional coordination, approval and delivery of brand campaigns across OOH, digital, social, search, CTV, and audio platforms.
  • Drive campaign planning: alignment on strategy, defining objectives, researching market trends and in-market ads from competitors, and mapping key messages to target audiences.
  • Oversee cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, product, and data teams to create, test and launch campaigns. 
  • Coordinate with the media planning and buying teams to create workback schedules for campaign asset creation across platforms (digital ads, social media, email), and ensure timely delivery.
  • Use workflow tools and automation to streamline processes, monitor campaign metrics, compile performance reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI based on real-time analytics. 
  • Research, vet and onboard a tool for testing ad creative.
  • Partner with creative teams and external agencies to brief, review, and deliver compelling campaign assets on time and on brand.
  • Collaborate with media teams to ensure channel strategies are optimized for reach, targeting, and effectiveness.
  • Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure flawless execution across markets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ensure all campaigns maintain consistency with Databricks’ brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, and regional teams to ensure campaigns integrate with broader GTM (go-to-market) initiatives.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices in brand advertising and integrated campaigns.

What we’ll look for

  • 7+ years of experience in brand management or campaign management, preferably in an enterprise brand or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns, from concept to delivery.
  • Exceptional program management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies and ability to interpret data into insights.
  • Passion for storytelling, creativity, and building world-class brands.
  • Understanding and familiarity with how to enable the consistency of brand content at scale and global campaigns.
  • Understanding of AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their capabilities to support a brand at scale.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with campaigns that span global markets.
  • Background in enterprise technology, data, or AI industries.
  • Hands-on knowledge of media channels including OOH, CTV, and audio.
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with marketing workflow tools (Asana, Jira, Drupal, Patel, Figma, etc.)

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
