Role Overview
Job Description: Business Analyst - Risk & Regulatory Workstream Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, especially data requirements
- Lead data migration, integration, and archiving activities
- Support system decommissioning in line with governance standards
- Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business processes
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to refine requirements
- Ensure requirement traceability and support testing/validation
- Work closely with Agile teams to deliver iterative solutions Required Experience
- Strong background in data analysis, migration, and integration
- Experience with system decommissioning and data archiving
- Proven track record in risk, regulatory, or compliance workstreams
- Strong Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban, user stories, backlog management)
- Familiarity with governance and regulatory standards
- Proficiency with documentation/collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office) Preferred
- Exposure to financial crime, fraud, or compliance domain
