Description and Requirements
Responsible for updating employee enrollment data in MetLife systems GroupFacts and UIS for Core and Voluntary benefits. Data entry includes the following:
- Creating new records
- Making changes to existing records
- Adding/changing beneficiaries
- Updating demographic data
- Salary
- Eligibility verification for all product coverages (Core & VB)
- Reviewing requests for completeness based on product specific data requirements
- Terminating employee enrollments
- Researching in other MetLife systems to enable the above tasks
- Responding to requestors about missing data needed for enrollments
- Reporting metrics
