The annual base salary for this position ranges from $68,600.00 to $114,300.00. Qualifications
Must-Have
- BA/BS with at least 3+ years of experience or MBA/MS with any years of experience
- Demonstrate technical expertise in immunological and cell-based assays, including ELISAs, cytotoxicity assays, tissue culture, and molecular biology techniques
- Experience with mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique
- Experience with high-throughput liquid handling and automation platforms
- Strong scientific curiosity and understanding of potency assays
- Ability to critically evaluate, adapt, and apply scientific techniques
- Understanding of project scope and how individual work contributes to broader departmental and organizational goals
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, independent, and solution-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
