Why This Role is Valuable

The Senior Associate, People Technology plays a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and optimization of Workday across Revantage, supporting over 1,400 employees nationwide. This role is instrumental in supporting training and change management initiatives that empower HR teams and end users to effectively leverage Workday’s capabilities. Partnering closely with HR stakeholders and cross-functional teams, this position focuses on developing and delivering targeted training programs, creating user-friendly documentation, and leading change management strategies that align with business goals. The Senior Associate will assess user needs, identify knowledge gaps, and design scalable learning solutions to enhance system proficiency and user confidence.

How You Add Value

  • Workday Training Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs and materials to support Workday adoption across the organization. Tailor content for various audiences, including HR teams, managers, and employees.
  • Change Management Leadership: Lead change management efforts for Workday enhancements and new feature rollouts. Develop communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, and adoption metrics to ensure smooth transitions and sustained usage.
  • User Enablement & Support: Serve as a trusted resource for Workday users by providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and ongoing learning opportunities. Foster a culture of self-service and continuous improvement.
  • Process Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation, including job aids, process maps, and FAQs, to support consistent and efficient use of Workday.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to understand training needs, gather feedback, and align Workday initiatives with organizational goals and user expectations.
  • System Testing & Communication: Support testing efforts for Workday updates and configuration changes. Communicate system changes effectively to impacted users, ensuring clarity and readiness.
  • Adoption Analytics & Feedback Loops: Monitor training effectiveness and user adoption through surveys, usage data, and feedback sessions. Use insights to refine training strategies and improve user experience.
  • Workday Expertise Across Modules: Leverage deep knowledge of Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Absence) to inform training content and change strategies that align with system capabilities.
  • Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay current on Workday updates, best practices, and HR technology trends to proactively enhance training programs and change management approaches.

What You Bring to the Role

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Workday Trainer or in a similar training role, with a strong understanding of Workday functionalities.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Workday Certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Payroll) is a plus.

Base Compensation Range:

$95,000.00 To $115,000.00. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.

Total Direct Compensation:  This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.

Benefits:  The Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
