Sr Associate Business Support - Computer Room (Monday - Friday: 7am- 3:30pm)

McKesson is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Computer Room Operations Coordinator to support our IT and logistics operations. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity of our systems and ensuring timely processing of reports, shipments, and data. The ideal candidate will have experience with IBM AS400 iSeries systems, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Receive, transmit, print, and distribute various system reports.
• Process and print system maintenance updates, orders, invoices, and labels with accuracy and timeliness.
• Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
• Perform daily data entry of accounting reports and maintain operational logs.
• Coordinate shipment of files to Iron Mountain and manage Arcos adjustments and audit filing.
• Backup critical files and maintain system integrity.
• Clean and maintain the computer room and associated equipment.
• Schedule receiving appointments and support logistics coordination.
• Provide backup coverage for the computer room as needed.

• Minimum 1 year of related experience in IT operations or administrative support.
• Proficiency with IBM AS400 iSeries, SAP, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong data entry and 10-key skills.
• Basic math, reading, writing, and phone communication skills.
• Ability to apply maintenance procedures to printers and computer systems.
• Flexibility to support system upgrades, including occasional weekend work.

• Reliable and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Capable of working independently and responding quickly to operational needs.
