Duties:
Wire entry into banking system
AP data entry into ERP system
Special Handling Review for wires (manipulating excel spreadsheet)
Review (invoice, expense, self-review of wire entry)
Chrome River Rejects (manipulating excel spreadsheet)
Projects assigned by Senior/Supervisor
Qualifications
Skills required:
1-2 yrs Accounts Payable exp
Well organized
Works well with others
Good communication, written and oral
Self-starter
Detail oriented
Adapts well to change
Basic excel (Should be able to manipulate spreadsheets)
Problem solving
