Lead design and delivery of enterprise Pega BPM/case management solutions for financial services. Architect on Pega Infinity/8.x, Constellation/Cosmos, integrate with RDBMS/Oracle, AWS/Pega Cloud, implement connectors, decisioning, BIX, schedulers, and support deployments (containers optional). Provide technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and work within Agile delivery.
We are seeking an experienced Pega Architect (CLSA) with strong expertise in Pega BPM (PRPC) and Financial Services domain to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade workflow and case management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- - Proficient in application design and development using Pega Infinity 24.x or higher
- - Hands-on experience on Pega Constellation; at least Pega Cosmos is must.
- - Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of designing relational databases in Oracle
- - Experience on DX APIs, Blueprint, AI will be a big plus
- - Knowledge of cloud technology or Pega deployment on containers is a plus
- - Experience in Agile methodology is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience working on Pega BPM; Should have at-least CSSA or higher certification
- Pega CLSA certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in Pega 8.x and upgrade projects
- Proven experience in Financial Services (Banking preferred)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflows, and business rules (BPM/BRE)
- Experience with Pega Cloud / AWS environments
- Strong knowledge of RDBMS and SQL

Compensation, Benefits and DurationMinimum Compensation: USD 62,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 217,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
