ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to help drive operational excellence, data integrity, and process automation across our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll serve as a key partner to Sales, Channel, and RevOps leadership — balancing analytical rigor, process ownership, and strategic influence.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: confident working directly with senior sales leaders, but also ready to get deep in Salesforce, data, and GTM systems to make things run smoother and faster.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Ownership

  • Own and maintain critical sales operations processes, including territory management, sales hierarchy and headcount management, and other core system workflows.
  • Manage ongoing enablement and documentation around GTM processes and  sales system operations (Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo.).
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to ensure consistent and accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.

Analytics & Strategic Insights

  • Develop dashboards and analyses that surface insights on pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, and coverage.
  • Support annual and quarterly territory, quota, and segmentation planning using data-driven ICP and account potential modeling.
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for GTM leadership and Sales Enablement.

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel; demonstrated analytical and quantitative capability.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience with systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex operational topics.
  • A continuous improvement mindset — driven to find better, faster, smarter ways to operate.
