This role provides advanced support to leadership and agile teams, drives program-level delivery excellence, and leads organizational agile transformation initiatives. The Sr. Agile Delivery Manager operates at both a detailed and executive level, owning complex, high-visibility programs while shaping the agile practices, frameworks, and environment that enable teams to deliver at scale.

This role acts as a critical bridge between technology and business stakeholders, ensuring delivery is predictable, transparent, and aligned to organizational priorities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define, implement, and continuously evolve the organizational agile framework, establishing standards, governance models, and best practices that scale across multiple teams within DRIVE

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex, high-visibility programs across the organization, managing scope, timelines, risks, and executive stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent workstreams with a high degree of autonomy

  • Serve as the organizational bridge between technology and business, driving alignment across senior leadership and ensuring delivery strategy is clearly communicated and understood at all levels

  • Establish and own organizational delivery metrics and reporting frameworks, providing leadership with meaningful, data-driven insight into program health, team performance, and delivery outcomes across the organization

  • Partner with senior leadership on the evaluation, governance, and adoption of tooling and process improvements organization-wide, ensuring Jira standards, workflows, and automation practices are scalable, consistent, and aligned to broader organizational goals

  • Drive the growth and development of agile delivery organization-wide, embedding agile values into team environment and building a sustainable foundation of agile capability that scales

What You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, and/or Project Manager, with demonstrated progression into senior delivery leadership and proven experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams or business units

  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools, including workflow administration, automation, and project governance, with the ability to provide tooling guidance and standards across teams

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to make complex subjects easy to comprehend for both technical and non-technical audiences, including experience producing executive-level roadmaps, delivery metrics, and user-centered documentation

  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership presence, with the ability to influence without authority, drive alignment across competing priorities, and contribute meaningfully to leadership-level planning and decision-making

  • Proven ability to proactively identify and manage program risks and issues, delivering timely impact assessments and mitigation strategies that protect deliverables and stakeholder commitments

  • Results-oriented change agent with a passion for continuous improvement, capable of embedding new ways of working and operationalizing agile frameworks at scale across various teams and functions

  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Bonus Points:
